A store reported difficulties with address information when completing a purchase.

Recorded outcome
The case was recorded as resolved after review and testing. Diagnosis and adjustments were a team effort.
PROVIDER COORDINATION
Following up on duplicate products
Duplicate products were identified in a store connected to a synchronisation service.

I escalated the case to the provider’s support team and followed up on the query and communication with the team.
Recorded outcome
The issue was referred to the responsible provider. My contribution was case management and follow-up, while the provider handled the technical work.
PROJECT REVIEW
Reviewing a healthcare web demo
A demo needed review and coordination of outstanding items before the project could continue.

I reviewed the demo on desktop and mobile, shared observations and coordinated questions with the client’s representative.
Recorded outcome
The demo was reviewed and shared for further validation. This case describes my participation in that stage, rather than a final launch.

SATELLOGIC · APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR
Satellite integration
I took part in mechanical component assembly, wiring and connector installation, and subsystem integration. My work also included thermal integration with MLI, tapes and adhesives; tests and verification; metrology for parts acceptance; and painting satellite parts. I worked in a cleanroom with ESD controls, production documentation and traceability, following procedures related to ECSS, IPC and ISO standards.
URUGUAYAN AIR FORCE · 2003–2022
Aircraft technician and military flight mechanic
Helicopter maintenance, inspections and functional testing, following technical manuals and procedures.

I am continuing my cybersecurity studies. I want to gradually understand how digital security relates to space systems and their operations, building on my previous technical experience.

This is a learning direction and a professional aspiration; I do not yet have a specialization in space cybersecurity. I want to keep growing as a person and a professional through humility, practice and teamwork.
